DOG TRAINING POLICIES:

All private and group sessions are one hour. When canceling a private session there’s a 48 hour cancelation policy, if you do not cancel your private session within the 48 hour period you are solely responsible for loosing that session.

All packages expire in 8 months from the first payment date. Once any sort of payment, and/or the first session is completed their are no refunds.

The owner of the dog agrees that Dogz101 will not be held responsible for any and all claims of injury, expense, costs, loss, and control by the actions of the dog when the dog is NOT in the sole custody of Dogz101. The owner knows that if the dog is not in exclusive custody, care or control the owner agrees to hold Dogz101 harmless from any and all claims of injury, expense, costs, loss, and control. Owner agrees that when working with an aggressive dog, Dogz101 is not held responsible for any injury that may come to the owner from the dog.

Owner fully understands the method, tools, and techniques that are used to train or modify the behavior, such as Prong Collars, Slip Leash/Collars, Bark Collars, Gentle Leaders, Easy Walks, Halters, Electric Collars, Muzzles, and Flat Collars.

DAYCARE POLICIES:

Here at Dogz101 we take pride in being an all in one facility when it comes to training, bathing, clipping and day care for your canine family member. We also like to make sure that everyone in our facility is safe and happy. To ensure this we do require all shots be up to date for our day care pups, they must be current on these vaccinations; Dog Influenza, Leptospirosis, DHPP, and Bordetella.

For all day care services we do require appointments to be made a minimum of a week in advance. Here at Dogz101 we do know that a busy and unpredictable work schedule or sudden life events occur, we are more than happy to accommodate your situation, please give us a call to see how we can help!

Day care packages that are purchased for full days are from 7am-6:30pm, if the dog is dropped off after the drop off begin time of 7am the full cost of the day is still charged.

All pickups must be done by 6:30pm but no later than 6:40pm, this is important so that we can get the facility cleaned up and sterilized for the next day of fun and activities. There will be a late fee accrued of a dollar per minute beyond the stated pickup time.

GROOMING POLICIES:

All grooms are by appointment only. Prices may vary, based on the individual being groomed. Call us for an estimate based quote, as there are many factors that go into grooming safely and effectively the quotes given over the phone are just estimated and may change upon arrival.

Here at Dogz101 safety for your furry loved ones is our top priority. We take every precaution necessary to make sure that your pup is well taken care of and comfortable. Keeping with our commitment towards your pets safety and being comfortable, any dogs that come in with moderate to severe matting may need to be shaved to alleviate any and all discomfort.

After your dog has had their spa treatment with us we will make all attempts to reach out to you, there will be a doggie daycare charge after an hour has passed from finishing the grooming services. If extended time needs to be given we will work with you as best as we can to accommodate those needs.

All pet owners must make us aware of any health related maladies or issues prior to appointment time, any open wounds or injuries that we may notice during the groom service will be promptly returned to their kennel and the parent will be reached.
